DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for responding to alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy applies to all content displayed on our site, including but not limited to, recipes, images, and text related to "Whole30 Sweet And Sour Chicken Stir Fry."

Filing a DMCA Notice

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content, such as your "Whole30 Sweet And Sour Chicken Stir Fry" recipe or related materials, was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA, your counter-notification must include the following:
